Retreat Intensives are for groups that are ready for change.
Transformation is a big word and calls for some radical shifts. To do this it’s important to get away from the normal day-to-day and find a different location. Somewhere close to nature is an essential part of our three-day retreat intensive. It is a deep dive, from the known to the unknown, deliberately descending into the unknown and letting go of the status quo.
It is in the ‘messy middle,” where the old ways are gone and, there is not yet a new plan, that the real work takes place. It can feel uncomfortable and vulnerable to journey here, looking deeply at oneself and spending time alone in nature. But in our experience it is in this uncomfortable no mans land that old patterns give birth to new possibilities.
The deep “U “ shaped dive by definition includes a steep rise on the other side, a process that is supported by creativity and time alone in nature. Everyone who takes our intensives ends up somewhere new and unexpected. Importantly, the change lasts.
In the weeks and months that follow, our participants continue to relate how the ‘deep dive’ changed their trajectory forever – how the wisdom and learning they tapped into continues to travel with them.
“Rachel’s instinct for what an individual or group needs in any given moment is unerring…….She has a laser-like ability to see the underlying dynamics at work in a stuck situation and how they can be shifted towards movement.” Diane Tompkins
